We manufacture our countertops from the highest quality timber. Our premium walnut butcher block countertops are made almost entirely from heartwood, the deeper, core wood of Walnut trees. Walnut heartwood is known for its characteristic dark coloration, mix of straight and swirled wood grain, and its hardness.
Walnut is more durable than other species of hardwoods, including maple and oak. Because of its durability and resilience, walnut heartwood has been a staple choice for furniture and tables for centuries. Walnut’s dark hues complement lighter tones perfectly, offering a classic mix of rich tones for any home kitchen.
Please Note: Because each piece of wood has its own unique character, grain and color will vary from the sample images shown. All wood countertops are custom made to order. All orders revised or cancelled after going into production (within 24 hours after order is received) will have a restocking fee of up to 50%.

About Our Premium Walnut
Premium Walnut Countertops contain nearly 100% Heart wood. This gives the piece a solid, premium look that is unsurpassed. The construction of a premium piece is incredibly rigid and strong because of its nearly 100% Heart wood composition. This gives the piece an incredibly premium feel to it that cannot be matched by any mixture of sap and hardwood. These countertops have a Rich Dark Walnut Color that is unmistakably premium. If you prefer a Premium Piece with a Rigid construction and a Rich Walnut color, then you can’t go wrong with Premium Walnut.

Size
We can make premium walnut wide plank countertops up to 1-3/4” thick, 84'' wide, and 138" long.
Finish
We offer a wide selection of finish options for your countertop, including options like acrylic polyurethane, poured epoxy, and teak oil. You can also choose to leave your walnut countertop unfinished if you would like to complete this step yourself. We offer stain match services if you need your countertop to match other features in your home.
Edge Detail and Texture
Edge details allow you to further customize the look and feel of your countertop. Choose from a variety of edge details, including Rustic Edge, French Tradition, and Cove & Bead. If you prefer to have your countertop sanded smooth and have no texture, be sure to select NONE in the Texture Options.
Wire Brushed texture works best on wood with an open grain. For tighter grain woods, like Walnut, the Wire Brushed Texture will not have the same effect and will not be as visible.
Cuts and Countertop Prepping
To make installation easier, we offer custom CNC cuts and countertop prepping. Specify the types of prepping or cuts you want, and provide drawings if applicable.
Most of our woodworkers are craftsmen from the local Amish community, providing great attention to quality and detail throughout the manufacturing process.
Shipping Information
All wood countertops are custom made to order. Shipping may vary depending on your customization options. Please provide for a standard lead of 1 to 2 weeks for processing, milling, and shipping of countertop orders.
