Return Policy

At Garagewerx, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order for purchases over $50.00.

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the total purchase price. To qualify for a return, all items must be:

• New and unused

• In their original packaging

• Returned in resalable condition

All returned items will be inspected before a refund is processed. Once approved, a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s), less the applicable restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method.

When returning an item, please include sufficient information to help us identify your order, such as:

• Order number

• Copy of the packing slip or invoice

• Customer name and contact information
