Refund policy

We are committed to having happy customers. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product, you can request a full refund within 3 days of the purchase date for purchases above $50 and shall attract a restocking fee of 30% of the total purchase. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging. All returns will be inspected prior to the refund being issued. A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and will be refunded back to the original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).

If you should need to return an item, please include enough information to ensure that we know who to credit. Order numbers, copy of packing list, etc. will be helpful.
